EXCURSION STEAMER WRECKED. MAN AFIRE IN MIDAIR. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER, June 30. (Received July 1, at 1 p.m.) The steamer Spokane, with 150 excursionists aboard, bound from Seattle to Alaska, struck a rock in Plumpers Bay and was beached. There was no loss of life. LOS ANGELES, Juxk> V. A nm who is believed to be David Gap Lan was arrested in London for alleged complicity in a dynamite outrage in New London. BUFFALO, June 30. Six persons were killed and 30 injured through the collapse of a pumping station. The victims were the machinists, who were at work. PITTSBURG, Juno 30. When 250 ft above the ground a stack painter lit a cigarette, and the lighted match fell into Iris bucket of naphtha and oil. The man, who hung suspended by a burning rope, and with Iris clothes on fue, desce.idod hand under hand. He was terribly burned.
