PEACE CONFERENCE TO MEET. TROOPS STILL IN MOTION. REBEL LEADERS' PROTEST. ttess Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. JIEXICO CITY, April 29. Tlie Peace Conference will meet at El Paso. The revolutionary movement,' however, continues outside the araratice zone, and several minor captures by rebels 1 are reported. The United States Government are approaching the Mexican Government, and asking whether Vice-President Coral expressed the statement attributed to him that America fomented- the trouble in Mexico in order to force her intervention.
It is believed that Mexico will repudiate any knowledge of such a statement. April 30.

Reports from El Paso and Chihuahua assert that a thousand Federal reinforcements are moving towards Jstrres. General Madero says that the movement of this force breaks the armistice, and he has telegraphed President Diaz on the matter. The reply from the Government stated that they knew nothing about it-
Madero is unable to communicate with Chihuahua.
