(Received March 31, at 10.15 a.m.) Speaking at a luncheon in his honor, Mr Fisher said ho regarded the Imperial Conference as the most important gathering of the century. Not only should tho selfgoverning Dominions send their representatives, but every branch of organised society should have perambulatory conferences, not only in Great Britain, but in every selfgoverning Dominion.
