ALLEGED SPYING
Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN. March 20. (Received March 21, at 9.32 a.m.) A second Englishman, who is suspected of espionage at Hamburg, has disappeared. Tho police state that tho arrested Englishman bribed shipbuilding workmen to furnish him with confidential information of certain typos of warships. Two of the Germans who were arrested are workmen, and tho others are clerks. ARRESTS AND RELEASES. BERLIN, March 20. (Received March 21, at 3 a.m.) Three Gormans, including a woman, were arrested at Bremen in connection with tho Hamburg espionage, cases. The arrests totalled twenty, hut several have been already released.
