Redmond cites the granting of autonomy to AlsaceLorraine, also the existence of Germany's twenty-five autonomous States. He adds: " Our own colonial experience, especially the latest instance in South Africa, ha 6 convinced mo that tho time is near when the successful working- of Homo Rule in Ireland will bo taken as a matter of course." A FINANCIAL MISSION. LONDON, March 19. (Received March 20, at 8 a.m.) Mr W. Archer Redmond (son of the Irish Lender), Mr Hasdeton, M.P., and Mr J. T. Donovan, who are visiting Australasia to appeal for Irish parliamentary funds, have sailed by the steamer Rolorua.
