The Austrian delegation agreed to the Amy and Navy Estimates, but decided to present a resolution to the Government asking them to make serious efforts on behalf of general disarmament in development of The Hague arbitration principle. A Socialist motion in favor of negotiating with Italy for the restriction of armaments was rejected by the Chamber.
