YESTERDAYS WOOL SALE
The third wool sale of the Dunedin series, held in the Art Gallery Hall yesterday, disclosed a much froer and firmer market, prices on all fleece wool being from £d to 3d higher than at tho January sale, whilo pieces wero from Id to l£d higher. As was pointed out in yesterday's report, this was largely due to tho keenness of tho Continental buyers, who had evidently had their limits substantially raised. There wero only a fow American buyers present, and these confined tlv.ir attention to special lines. The following table shows tho offerings at the three sales as compared with those of the previous year :
