Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. OTTAWA, February 14. Five persons were-killed and two injured owing to an explosion ia a tunnel on the Grand Trunk railway at Hazel toil (British Columbia). Some men left a keg of blasting powder to thaw near a fire, but- it became overheated, and a terrific explosion took place. The Minister of Justice has ordered the release on license of four prisoners who rescued the passengers from a wrecked Canadian-Pacific train on January 17.
