[Si'kcial to iiit: Star.] WELLINGTON. December 3. The Postmaster-General announces the following changes in the Tost- and Telegraph Department:—W. J. Chancy, chief postmaster at New Plymouth, promoted to Napier, in place of Mr Senn, deceased; A. I*. Dryden. assistant postmaster at Auckland, promoted to chief post-muster at New Plymouth; 'l'. Aitken, accountant in the Chief Post Oilice, Auckland, to be assistant postmaster in the same oilice; V. !!.- Harwooil, accountant- in the Chief Post Office, Wellington, transferred to a similar position at Auckland ; 1!. D. Kelly, accounts clerk at the Central Post Office, promoted to accountant in the Chief Post Oilice, Wellington.
