The Duke and Duchess (if Connauglu were nt ]\larit/.hurg on Thursday, whore iin address was presented. They had luncheon at the Town Hall, 200 guests being present. The Duke afterwards laid the foundation stone of the Natal University College., and a mayoral garden party was held in the afternoon. 'The Royal party readied Durban on Friday, and received a splendid welcome. Three thousand live hundred people were assembled nt tho Town Hall. The Duke paid a tribute to municipal enterprise, also to the loyalty that was everywhere manifested. Later he, reviewed the Durban Light Infantry, of which he is colonel-in-chief. The Royal visitors left on Saturday in the Balmoral Castle for England.
