Bryant was present, and by request gave a clear explanation of the proposed consolidation fund scheme, which was apjneeiated by those piesent, and in order to have a full discussion on this imporfaid matter it was cacided to devote an evening at a. later date, and to invite the memlius of the Committee who drew up the scheme to 1w present.
