The Cerebos Salt Company supplied the previous expedition and Captain fcicot't entrusted them with his cider for the present one. The wood used in making the cases is of the lightest but Strongest character, and each case is bound round all the seams, the whole being thus ensured against rouc.h weather and rough usage, whether on board or over the icefields. It is a feather in ho cap of the Cerebos Company that, in addition to the many mahs of scientific ipproval they have already received, and the Royal patronage winch they have huso many years enjoyed, Cerebos Salt should have lieen selected by tliis carefully [hifvrd soiemuiiic expedition as the bust -salt obtainable-
