There will be no public issue. £150,000 has been privately subscribed. 'Hie vendors receive £300,000 in shares and £IOO,OOO in cash for 145 acres of tho Yilgarn goldfield. Air Doolette describes the field as one of the richest bonanzas in Westralia. WORKING BY CANDLE, LIGHT. PEGGING OUT' EVERYTHING. PERTH, November 4. (Received November 4, at 10.10 am.) 'The Bullfinch rush is unabated. Only two surveyors are available, as a result of the overwork Pegging out is earned on at nights by candle light. It is stated that many leases have been pegged which are utterly worthless.
