BUSINESS LIFE

THINGS TO STOP DOING. Fidgeting. Gossiping. Grumbling. Finding fault with the weather. Anticipating evils in the future. Saying that fate is against you. Going around with a gloomy face. Fault-finding, nagging, and worrying. Taking offence where none is intended. Talking big things and doing small ones. Complaining about the work you are doing. Thinking that life is a grind, and not worth living. Scolding and flying into a passion over trifles. - Boasting of what you can do, instead of doing it. Exaggerating, and making mountains out of molehills. Saying unkind things about acquaintances and friends. Comparing yourself with others, to your own disadvantage. Pitying yourself, and bemoaing your lack of opportunities. Depreciating yourself, and making light of your abilities. Waiting round for chances to turn up. Go and turn them up. Thinking that ail the good chances and opportunities arc gone by. Lamenting the past, and holding on to disagreeable experiences. Bury them. Dreaming that you would be happier in some other place, or under other circumstances. Gazing idly into the future, and dreaming about it, instead of making the most of the present. Looking for opportunities hundreds or thousands of milA away instead of right whore you are.

Longing for the good things that others have, instead of going to work and earning thorn for yourself. Speculating as to the wonderful things you could do in someone else's place, instead of doing the best :u your own.
