CHEAPER CABLE RATES
A CONFERENCE CALLED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 2. (Received November 3, at 9.44 a.m.) The British Post Office has called a conference for the 11th of all bite rested in cable companies (their Governments to settle the details) to consider the reduction in rates on extra European plain English messages which has been proposed by the Pacific Cable Board.
