James Todd (Timaru), claim, £l4 7s !)d, on a promissory note; Thomson, Bridger, and Co. (Mr Mooro) v. William J. Thomas (Invercargill), claim, £1 Gs 3d. for goods supplied; James Loudon (Mr Moore) v. John M‘Crorio, jun. (Abbotsford), claim, £7 Is 4d, for groceries supplied; Irwin and Irwin v. George Conn (Wanganui), claim, £ls Is 2d, for services rendered. P. M'Guire (Mr Ramsay) v. George Watt.—Claim, £1 ss, on a judgment summons. There was no appearance of the defendant, who was ordered to pay the amount duo, with costs, on tho 14th inst., in default three days’ imprisonment.
