The following cases are set down for hearing at the civil sittings which commence on Monday: Before a Jury of Twelve. —Louise Morton (Air Hanlon v.‘ James Fairley Alortoa (Air Solomon, K.C.), a wife’s plea for diasolnticn of marriage on the ground of alleged misconduct.
Before a Jury of Four.—Georg© Bennett (AH' Barclay) v. Richard Sandiiands (Air Ewing), claim £IOO, damages for alleged libel. _ _
Before tiio Judge alone.—Gray Bussell Hunter (Mr Solomon) v. Francis Joseph Sullivan (Mr Finch), claim £%&, services under agreement. The Jndgj will also sit alone to bear the following undefe ided divorce cases : Emma Beatrice Neave .(Mr F. W. Platts) v. Charles Hebert Nearc, Elkn Ashman (Mr Irwin) v. Frfederick Jones Ashman, Minnie Orr (Mr A. C. Hanlon) v. Alfred Charles Orr, Barbara Imrie Oakenfull (Mr A. C. Hanlon) v. Thomas Oakenfull, Joseph. James Pickens (Mr Barclay) v. Sarah Pickens and another.
