NO EXPANSION IN THE PACIFIC. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, October 31. Dr Krafle, who lias charge of the branch of the German Colonial Department which concerns Germany’s colonies in the Pacific, has arrived here. Ho is proceeding to Samoa as Acting Chief Justice. The object of his visit is to put the Colonial Department in touch with Pacific affairs. In an interview he stated that Germany was quite satisfied with the possessions she already had in the Pacific, and there was no likelihood of any change in the policy with regard to expansion in that part of the world.
