CHIUSTCHI'ItCII. October 31. Thi-i morning the tiovornor and Lady Islington visited Christ's College, and were received by the head master and Bishop Julius, warden. The cadets were pro sented with the Snow shield recently won by their team. His Excellency add.-essod tliu school on the importance of training in ;i public school for the part they would play in life in the Dominion and the Kmpiro. Ho afterwards inspected the school buildings. To-morrow His Kxeellency will visit Canterbury Agricultural College.
