LONDON WOOL KALES. The Bank of Now Zealand have received the following cable advices regarding the present series of London colonial wool sales; Prices for inferior slipes are 5 to 7J,- per cent, lower, and inferior mcrinoes and coarse cross - breds scoured £d to Id per lb lower. Coarse cross - breds have risen, par to 5 per cent. Current prices for .South Island farmers’ lots, Canterbury style:—lnferior merino, common (60-64* quality), average condition, lOd to ICild per lb; supeiior merino, super (60-64 quality), average condition, 12d to 13d per lb; half or quarter-bred (56 quality), average condition, 12d to 13d per lb. Prices for all kinds of sheepskins are lower by par to 5 per cent. Current prices for full-woollcd merino, 9d per lb; merino short and shorn, 6d per lb; cross-bred, full wooded, fine, 10-Jd per lb; cross-bred, full wooiled, coarse, 9d per lb; cross-bred, half and three-quarter wooiled, fine, 9d per lb; cross-bred, hall and three-quarter wooiled, coarse, 81 per lb; cross-bred, shor Unci shorn, 6d per lb.
