Eighty per cent, of the men employed in the Kiel Navy Yards having struck for a half-holiday, as a protest against the Prussian Franchise Bill, and demonstrated against the police, the authorities at the Germania Yards retorted by a lockout of 5,000 men, which is to last till Monday.
