AND PRESIDENT TAFT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 4. A quantity of fresh-cut sods and a hundred packets of shamrocks left Queenstown yesterday for New York. They will be sent on to Chicago to enable President Taft to treed upon Irish soil at the St. Patrick's Day celebrations in that city.
