Minister of Works for tlio province ot Alberta, has resigned because he considers that hifl colleagues had been bested by I'ierpont. Morgan's company over the purchase of Alberta's great waterways and vail way bonds, which wero valued at a million and a-half .sidling. Mr dishing stales that his colic agues liad. not consulted the Legislature, and had been victimised by iinaneial sharks.
