SCHOOL COMMITTEES

The monthly meeting of the Kaikorai School Committee, held last night, was attended by Messrs G. Moir, D. Scott, T. Stark, J. Bell, and A. Ferry. The head master rejwted a good increase in the roll total, the infant roll alone being 200. The full roll was 569 (298 boys and 271 girls), and the average attendance 529. Messrs Scott and Bell were appointed the visiting committee for th© current month. It was decided to open a jumble sale this month to,equip-the new gymnasium.
