“Squashed” complains that the trams leaving the Gardens for town between 7.30 and 8 p.m. are overcrowded, and hopes that at the time stated more cars null be put iu commission. “ W.F.” states that petty thieving is going on in the suburb of Musselburgh, and advises residents to keep their sheds and washhouses locked at night.
