In inviting applications we do\ not state the salaries offered, as "the salary depends on the man. not on Ihc position." We. may | say, however, that there is scope for really | first-class men who have the necessary experience, combined with the ability, energy, and determination to carry through the job in the best possible manner. Under the Profit-sharing system in force with us a successful man in either of these responsible positions would get, in good years, a substantial lxmus addition to his saiary. but to earn this "he must be successful'"— thai is, "he must get out all work accurately, promptly, and cheaply."
