THE KAISER’S DOUBLES.

The German Emperor is in the peculiar predicament of having no less than two ocubles. One, a certain Herr Kitsche, follows rhe humble and prosaic calling of a chimney sweep. A year or two ago, when the Emperor was staying at a small German water-mg-place, so the story goes, a tailor of the locality, suddenly waking up to the fact that he was rather like His Majestv, had his moustache trimmed accordingly, "copied the styte and dress as nearly as possible, and bosrtly sallied forth into the town. His reception, says ‘ M.A.P.,’ even exceeded his own expectations, but the incident got to the ears of the authorities.
