[Per United Press Association.' FEILDING, April ' The Chamber of Commerce last night entered a protest against the recent valuation of the borough property. It stated that the- valuation snowed an all-round increase of 75 per cent, on that of two years ago. ■ This wad characterised as unjust and unfair in view of the; depression. 'Hie Borough Council are to bo asked tc take action, and a public meeting is to b held to arrange a case for; the Court. . NAPIER, April 20. Mr P.
