Oyster on a Bicycle.—Somebody has been collecting queer advertisements from the papers. Here are a few" specimens: “Wanted, an organist and a boy to blow the same.’’ “Wanted, a boy to be partly outside and partly behind the counter.* 1 Wanted, a boy to deliver oysters who can ride a bicycle. ’’ Kindly Consideration.—A man was “tired” at the Old Bailey. On the first witness being called the prisoner -.asked: “My lord, is this naan going to give evidence against me?” “Yes,” was the reply. “Then I plead guilty—not that I am guilty, but I wish to save him from committing perjury.” Public Notices.
