A REVOLT AND AN APPEAL. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 3. (Received November 4, at 8.40 a.m.) Advices from Shanghai state that 10,000 lamas in Tibet have rebelled. They attacked and defeated the Chinese. The Chinese Ambau asks for reinforcements, and the Imperial Government at Pekin are urging the Dalai Lama, who is now in that city, to return to Tibet.
