The fourth heat of the Stevenson Fours was rowed off at Port on Tuesday evening under very favorable conditions. ’The winning crew were W. Smith, F. Keenan, M. Peters, J. Hoskij«>, who boat after a hand race A. Goudie, A. Carey, R. Modox. J. Lang. The crews pot away splendidly together, and it was not until a few yard* from the winning-post, that Smith's crew spurted and won by half a canvas length.
