[Pee Ukiteo Press Association.]

AUCKLAND, May 4. Color-sergeant Friar, of the One’hunga High School Cadets, left this evening for England by the s.s. Victoria, to join the Runic at Sydney. Friar has been doing excellent shooting under Sergeant-major Morgan during the last three weeks, his latest scores averaging 65 out of a possible 70, so that there is every reason to hope that the boy will do the’Dominion credit when firing at Bisley in August.
