THE NEW SOUTH WALES VOTE STANDS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, December 3. (Received December 3, at 9.58 a.m.) In connection with the points raised by counsel, the I'resident of the Local Option Court has decided that, as a Gazette notice was published notifying that Reduction had been carried in certain electorates, the Reduction vote has not been nullified.
