A RESERVE FOR CAVERSHAM!

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —1 would beg leave to suggest to our City Fathers and suburban councillors that they would not do a great deal of harm to C&versham if they 'made us a. present of a garden reserve, such as is in Manor Place. Perhaps it is asking a good deal, but there is a fine piece of ground at the foot of tho Government Bush which, if laid out properly, would make an excellent reserve. At the present time Caversham is rather unfortunate in the way of quiet resorts, and it seems a pity that this ground should remain idle when it cotrld be put to such an excellent use,—l am, etc., W.W.S. . January 5.
