When tho time comes the Nationalists will obey Sir H. Cainpbell-Bannennan's exhortation and take all they can get by instalments, but not thankfully. The 'Daily News' (L.) declares that, though more imperative than the occasion demands, Mt Redmond's speech need not disturb the Liberals. Mr Redmond was aware that the liberals were unable a't present to fulfil their pledge to concede Home Rule, but bo would not reduce lus chance'of ultimate success by becoming the instrument of English, anti-Libcral-Catholi-CMm. The 'Tribuno' (L.) says that tlie .Liberals are not offering half-measures of reform, hut an instalment, which, by a process of evolution, can end only in the restoration of full self-government to Ireland. Even administrative Homo Rule would put an end to the system of ascendency rule.
