During their search of a house at Tiflis an infernal machine exploded, killing three police officials.
EIGHT POLICEMEN KILLED.
ST. PETERSBURG, September 24. During the progress of a riot at Malmyth the peasants killed the commissioner and seven polieenien. A MARVELLOUS ESCAPE.

(Received September 25, at 7.23 a.m.) As General Sollogub, Governor of Warsaw, was walking the streets with Prince Kropotkin a bomb was thrown from a window, and fefll ten paces in front of them. It shattered the windows, but did not injure anyone. The thrower escaped. SOCIAL OSTRACISM. ST. PETERSBURG, September 24. Prince Dolgarukoff' and two other members of the late Duma, who signed the Yiborg manifesto protesting against its dissolution, are reported to have been expelled from the ranks of the nobility. A PLIANT DUMA WANTED. ST. PETERSBURG, September 24. The Moscow police have forbidden the workers to elect representatives to the next Duma, alleging that the Council of Workmen's Delegates is a revolutionary organisation.
