Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright;. THE CZAR'S DEATH DECREED. THE TERRORISTS AT WORK. ONE PLOT DISCOVERED. LONDON, September 22. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the 'Daily Express' states that the Terrorists have sentenced the Czar to death, and have sent their most desperate agents to Finland. It is stated that the Terrorists hare determined to destroy the whole of the Russian dynasty. Renter's St. Petersburg correspondent reports that in consequence of the recentlydiscovered plot against the Oar's life searchlights are constantly employed nightly on both the sea and"land sides of Peterhof Palace. Many arrests have been made in St. Petersburg in connection with the plot, which was a deep-laid one, and which was concocted- in the palace itself by the Terrorists. The only detail so far published regarding the plot is that a motor car was seized, and that its occupants were found to he armed. THE STOLYPLN OUTRAGE. ST. PETERSBIJRG, September 25. (Received September 24, at 8.25 a.m.) Twelve other arrests were made in this city in connection with the explosion in the house of the Premier, M. Stolypin. All those arrested, including a Jewess who headed the organisation, admitted their complicity.
