PROPERTY SALE. Messrs James Samson and Co. held i sale of freehold properties at their room! to-day, when they sold, on account and risk of Mr F. C. Evans, all that pared of land, being part of sections 48 and 49, block 22, with a frontage of 51.3 links .to Hanover street, by a depth of 200 links, on which is erected a family dwelling of six rooms. Bidding started at £4OO, and soon advanced to £6OO, Mr George Callander becoming the purchaser. Mr William Wilson’s freehold property, Northeast Valley, being sections 23 and 24, block 2, Sunny dale, with a frontage to Baldwin street of 58ft and 96ft, on which is a modem dwelling of five rooms, was also sold. Bidding started at £3OO, and soon reached £425, at which figure Mr A. Tuile became the purchaser.
