The Federal Government hope to pass a Bill this session providing for a second ballot at elections for the House of Representatives only. ADELAIDE, August 6. Ada Haesett has- been arrested for the murder of her husband, who was found in bed with bis head mutilated by blows of an axe. The woman confessed her crime. Jealousy is supposed to be the cause.
