The House of Representatives adopted a resolution in favor of the critical examination of all imported and proprietary medicines and infantile food. The descriptions must be clearly set out on the labels.
In the Senate a petition was presented against the abolition of military canteens. The debate on the Bill was adjourned for a fortnight.
