TO THB EDITOR Sir,—My apologies to Mr Nyhon. I “ manfuUy withdraw.' I was informed, on what appeared to me good authority, that he and the Mr Nyhon who took part in the Chalmers case were one and the same person. However, the man who never made a mistake never attempted anything. Still, that does not alter the main point of my letter; that Mr Thomson was at the bottom of the whole affair.— l am, etc., Steer.
