Mr Paulin telephoned at 2 p.m. Squally to a gale, S.W. to N.W. winds, and heavy sleet and snow showers. Captain Edwin wires :—Strong winds to a gale from between X. and E. and S.E. after twelve hours from now; glass fali eoon; tides high; sea heavy after twentv hours, and rain, probably heavy.
