JUVENILE SMOKING.
GISBORNE, June 19.
A youth of thirteen was this morning convicted of cigarette-smoking. The Bench, in discharging the accused with a caution, commended the action of the police in attempting to put down juvenile smoking. The police intimated their intention of proceeding against shopkeepers selling to keys .
