MEETINGS OF SOCIETIES.

A meeting of the Otago Lodge, U.A.0.D., was held on Wednesday evening, ArchDruid Bro. Stentiford presiding. Representatives were appointed to the friendly societies’ meeting. A donation was voted to the prize fund of the Royal Arch Chapter. Invitations were received and accepted from the West Harbor and Enterprise Lodges for the 22nd and 29th of the month respectively. Bro. Ruddick wrote resigning his position as Arch-Druid Bard, and Bro. Gollan was elected in his stead and installed into his office by D.P. Bro. Hill. One new member was made by clearance and one proposed. Amongst the visitors were Bros. Smith, Haines, and Hill (Ivanhoe), Birt (Momington), and Johns (Queensland).
