The country around White Cliffs is an unbroken sheet of water for forty miles. The people had to seek refuge on the house-tops until the flood abated. BRISBANE, March 12. Heavy rain is falling generally. March 13. (Received March 13, at 10.17 a.m.) Owing to the floods the towns of Longreach and Winton are surrounded with water. Supplies axe running short.
