PMm Auoeiation—By Telegraph— Copyright. NEW YORK, November 4. Mrs Broadwick, a parachutist, ascended in a balloon -with her husband at Columbia, South Carolina. She signalled to her husband to cut the parachute rope, but owing to some mistake she was dinging to the ropes between the balloon and the parachute. She fell a distance of 260 ft, and was killed in the presence of 1,000 spectators.
