A MOSCOW SENSATION
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ST. PETERSBURG, September 6. (Received September 7, at 8.48 a.m.) A sensation was created in Moscow when it was known that Madame De Witte’s nephew Khotinaky, a volunteer in a dragoon regiment, had committed suicide after killing his mistress.
