THE CHOLERA OUTBREAK
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, September 5. There have been 43 cases of cholera, with 17 deaths, in East Prussia. Two hundred deaths are reported from Austria. The Local Government Board advise that caution should be exercised, lest the scourge be introduced into Great Britain from the Baltic and North Sea ports. '
