' Tho boot was unlaced, and the foot, enclosed in a blue stocking, partly withdrawn from it. AUCKLAND, January 10. The body of a man, aged about tWrty-sbc, not yet identified, was found on tho beach at Pcnsonby early to-day. There was a slight abrasion en the forehead, but no ether marks of violence. It is believed that the deceased acidentally fell into the harbor.
