OHRISTCHUBCH, January 10. It is reported that the first express from Christchurch is likely to leave at 8 a.m. instead of 10.10 a.m.

.It was reported recently that it was the intention of Mr T. E. Taylor's solicitor to move for judgment in the case of Seddon v. Taylor upon the finding of the jury at the recent hearing. Mr Taylor will not discuss the matter, neither will he affirm or deny the statement.
